Firstly, to create the spray, you will need industrial thinners.

Then, a few other chemicals, like cellulose and other really simple to get hold of stuff.

Then, you need to have a look around this forum, and realise there's a distinction between 'fluid' and 'spray'. Oh, and well you're at it, notice that people who post the same question twice usually get a sarcastic answer.

OK, so now you have your chemicals... next you need to open your own aerosol factory (or just borrow one off a rich friend) and put your chemicals into an atomising aerosol container.

It's all pretty simple, if you have the right documents. Tell you what, I'll sell you the e-book for £32,000. Alternatively, go and buy a can of Roughing Spray for about £7.
