Hi everyone, just started this about 2 months ago and bought a coulple of books from the net. I'd quite like to browse a magic shop though to see things first hand before I buy them. I cant find any. You'd think Edinburgh would have at least one place like this? does anyone know of such a place?
My google search returned with a shop that sold magic mushrooms!!!

There are in fact hundreds of magic shops around the country. The trouble is they are invisible to most "normal" folk, and it is only when one aquires a certain level of proficiency in magic that one has the "sight" to see the mystical portals that lead into the belly of these "emporiums".

I'm surprised a city like London doesn't have more magic shops. Then again, perhaps this is a good thing.
