I prefer Magicseen myself. Very good magazine and UK-based, too.

I like the look of this one, looks good and British!

I'm tempted to give one a try and see what I'm possibly missing out on! You can't beat a good magazine sometimes.

(Waits for the jokes...)

You can also purchase Magicseen in a downloadable PDF format; it's slightly cheaper than the paper copy. Personally, I prefer the feel of a real magazine, even if they do take up space I don't really have!

By the way, you may also be interested in Genii magazine. I have never bought Genii, so I don't know what it is like. Magicseen is the one for me. :D

Yes, I am a VERY happy subscriber. The issue are never late, which is a huge bonus... sometimes they are even early! Paul Harris had an issue last month... fantastic. In my opinion, the best magazine on the market. It teaches effects in Joshua Jay's Talk About Tricks, it gives very informative product review in The Marketplace, and there is also the fabulous Update section where they always have the latest news in magic. Plus, tons of awesome articles! Even the ads are fun to read! Highly recommended.

Hi! This is Mike from Mike Danata's Magic Studio. No one has mentioned "REEL MAGIC QUARTERLY" the very latest Magazine but on DVD! We had this in on Monday & only a few left WITH MORE ON HE WAY!

The Dvd lasts for TWO HOURS! & in my opinion represents one of the best value items to ever hit the Magical Market Place! There are tricks, reviews, adverts (like on the telly, but ALL magic related!!) There's interviews, firstly with Harry Lorayne, which I found really interesting (what a nice guy he is!) & then a very interesting interview with the one & only Paul Harris, (his first filmed interview for ten years!) So if you need a "Magic Fix" then for only £20.00 a YEAR (POST FREE!) This has to be it!

The July - August - Sept edition is in stock now, & the next one (which is nearly ready!) will be out on time, in Oct.

I hope this news will be of interest. More details are actually on my website (newspage)

I hope some of my customers who have subscribed, will kick in with a "Proper" review at some point, they only would have received them yesterday & today.

Here is a FREE one that has great interviews, effects, interviews, and articles. Andrew Mayne is the publisher, and the whole thing is Internet based.

personally i get both magic magazine and genii, but i like magic magazine more. i had also tried magicseen, if you are in the UK, get it as well.
i had also got streetmagician magazine, its interesting read but personal choice i don't feel its as good as magic mag or say value for money, as its the most expensive of all...

besides that i just try reading off as much on the net as possible or once in a while buy a magic book

how about abra?

I think Jack Delvin now has something to do with it

He was toying with the idea of giving some of the cover price back to the magic clubs that get subscibers, but I don't know for sure if this is still the case. It's nice to see these guys at least thinking about the grass roots.

here is a link
