Hi guys,

This is a video of me performing Hot Wax from Jay Sankey's Real Work on Restaurants and Bars DVD. I hope you like it!

Pretty good. Just remember to keep tabs on your hand shape for BOTH HANDS...

The hand with the 'top' part of the crayon looks awkward, whilst the hand with the 'broken' part is free and easy.

At least try and match both hand's postures, and then it will look really smooth.

I agree with Seige. The trick is very 'suspicious' because the hand with the crayon is tightly closed, and the other one is freely open. You did get some positive comments though :)
Do it with this kid!

Well I wasn't convinced, but my girlfriend was floored.

The difference? I'm a magician and she's not. People that practice magic won't be fooled, but who wants to fool those guys anyways?

I'm with smooth. I wasn't fooled at all and thought it looked rather unnatural, but it would probably devistate a layman. I would suggest trying to make the breaking action look more natural.
