when tricks go wrong, but then go right!

I was doing a coin trick the other day where a coin vanishes and ends up on top of their hand. Only when I put the coin on their hand, it slipped off and went up their sleeve. So I carried on as normal, made the coin disappear. And then said “Most people think it goes up your sleeve and it does” pointing to him. He looked up his sleeve to find the coin. No one could work out how it got there. I just love it when things like this happen.

I was once watching Bob Little perform. He starts off just asking somebody to think of a card, he then reaches into the deck pulls out a card holds the card so only he sees it and yells your card is the 6 of clubs or whatever card he is holding. Spectator says no and he says would you believe that your card has magically changed into the 6 of clubs then he rolls his eyes crumples up the card and throws it away and strangley gets a laugh, (he may not do exactly that but its the idea) anyway, this time, he starts the act pulls out the card and it really is the spectators card. The look on his face was priceless and for the briefest of moments he had no where to go. How can you top that? Being the professional he is though he managed to get it together and put on a wondeful performance.

I do coin on shoulder occasionally, but not so long ago it fell into their breast pocket...without anybody noticing!

Don't you just love it!
