Tonight at my regular gig slot I was performing in a walkaround scenario and for the first two groups all my card work was really hard going. I was grabbing triple instead of doubles, my twisting the aces wasn't working and I couldnt work out why.
In a quick breather to regain my composure I realised I had been using my I.D which somehow I had rearranged to a regular deck set up. Boy did I feel a complete numpty. Luckily the rest of the night went marvellous especially thanks to stephenmagic's help with my Spooked set up. It killed completely (8 people gather in a circle waggling their fingers 'making the deck cut on its own).
anyway what are your worst messups?

Help? they have now made Spooked into my number one finisher. I did it once and one of the girls ran off and gathered about 15 people to all watch me do it again. Needles to say I ended my gig there and then on that one
A big thanks from me on that one!
It definitely turned a dreadful start to an evening into a cracker

Don't worry Greendoniz I have also done that with a i.d aswell. I put it any random order when it was wearing out and thought I would use it for practise but accidently took it to a gig with me and used that I felt like a right prat at the time aswell because I couldn't do any sleights
