Anyone know how long it takes to ship to the UK, and if Outlaw confirms orders?

I ordered a couple of things a week and a half ago and haven't heard a thing from them. I've sent two emails and no reply as of yet.

I know I won't get things quickly, but a confirmation of order would be nice.
