Ive been trying to get an avatar for a while now and the problem is i cant download images from my computer it has to be from a URL and every single time i try to do it an error apears something about debug mode..
Please help anyone

set up an account at a free web based photo hosting provider, ie. www.photobucket.com

upload you pic (small size... needs to be small to be an avatar) and this will create a URL (web link) to that pic. paste that link into your profile.
