Personally I think that apart from the pain, there's nothing to worry about. Might be worth chatting to a doc though?

Don't worry about it, I can do the same on all fingers both hands. When I was younger I did get a pain but now pain free. Ur using muscles independently hence more stress on that muscle (So my doc told me when I was younger)

However I would advise for any magician to take Cod liver oil tabs one a day, they do work a treat on joints and muscles.
