Personally, I'd avoid Penguin like the plague based on past expereince and what others have also said in their posts.

They may be OK if you're in the US but not in the UK.

They used to have a base in Slough and they were OK back then but they closed it down without telling anyone and serviced their UK customers from America.

Poor business when you mislead your customers!

Penquin does have its issues no doubt about it. I've never tried the download stuff so I can't comment there. But I really like the owners of Daytona magic in Florida as previously mentioned here. Have never gone wrong with Steven's. Also Denny and Lee is excellent. And with a little trepidation I will add Hank Lee's Magic Factory. Excellent shop, excellent prices Hank Lee himself has a few issues. Don't forget about Canada. Perfect Magic doesn't have downloads as far as I know, I'm not sure about Morrisey but it is an excellent shop. and I can also recommend the Browser's den. I'm just not sure if it is still called the Browsers den.
