hahaha girls are a better audience generally but i performed the 2 card monte twice today and i made sure they didnt turn it over and it slayed em..... even the heckler from yesterday went 'yeh it was alrite ows it done...' lol i think ill wait before performing to an audience liek that again....

ill tell you who are a good audience... teachers.... they always do as there told, (because they think your just an incompetent kid), and expect the least.... so when it does happen theyre blown away.... muscle pass has been shown to 3 of my teachers now.... :D

Personally I wouldn't do anymore of these tricks as repeats at school..... find some new ones for that lot but take from the school the experience... never repeat a trick in quick succession espesh if there's a prev spec watching.... unless it's got an uber clean ending..... and whenever something fails.... just keep on going because specs can be quite fickle and forget the failures if the "workers" are powerful enough!!

Sounds like you coped with it will man.
I never know what to do when i get hecklers, moving on to somthing else is always good but there are always Pr!cks out there that are just out to spoil you're fun. some people just want to be tw@ts and spoil it, like hitting the cards out of your hand, Moving on is good, try and do somthing that will show them up if possible....

But you coped well, have great admiration for people who are able to do this :)[/b]

If there are no immediately obvious funny retorts to a heckle then I simply say something like *delete as appropriate "you're much better* worse* than the last heckler, now if you wouldn't mind letting everyone else enjoy what I'm doing we'll move on"

Sorry mate but I'm busy at the moment. Can you come back later so I ignore you when I've got more time?

Not a problem, Me and a friend used to do alot of Street shows (mainly for chairty) LIttle bit of comedy magic, few balloons, the usual silly stuff....We where we live is a little town, in gloucestershire, set within the butifull cotswolds, with lovely stone walls, butifull scenery, the town is called stroud....Full, heaving....STENCHING of 'Ch@vs' Nobody likes them, they like nobody...works well....Anyway, we often had these guys come up and be like.....'You're Sh*T m8'....etc...etc... Toss them a pack of cards and ask them to do better, But the chances are, they will just been thrown back, twice as hard......Dip into your bag...find 2 BRIGHT PINK balloons....make them a lovely dog on a little lead and pass them this....Then move on to the poepl who enjoy what you do....

Just a thought to ponder on...try it....:-)
