Magic Tuition

Postby Johnny Wizz » Nov 23rd, '07, 14:27

The Merchant of Magic offers two hour Magic Tuition sessions. They have one on basic coin magic which looks interesting to me as I am struggling to get in to coin work.

Has anyone here ever been on one of these courses? I would be interested to hear any opinions

I've not come across that before; the thought of magic tuition never really entered my mind. Sounds like a good idea if you can afford it. I understand you have to go to them, so I hope you're not too far from Hampshire. If I could spare the commuting time to Hampshire (not to mention the cash!), I would probably book a few sessions myself. I could be wrong, but reading up on it, it sounds like you get personal tuition from Dominic Reyes.

£100 for a two hour session doesn't sound particularly expensive (it's not as much as I thought it would be, anyway). But I guess the costs will add up as you're likely to need a few sessions.
