Mentalist Wallet

Postby VoodooMick » Dec 13th, '07, 01:43

I know there are loads of threads on this subject and I've just given myself neckache and headache trawling through them on my laptop but I wanted to ask directly as I feel a severe bout of CUPS coming on..

I am tempted by the Stealth (if I can still get one). However the Stealth Assassin is about 4 times the price. Is it worth all that money? I don't really feel I can afford £100 but maybe it's worth holding off for a few weeks and getting the Assassin?

I already have a Thought Transmitter but would prefer a wallet that I could use for conventional purposes.

Having said all that I am tempted by one of the Outlaw Wallets, even though it is only a business card Wallet, as I currently keep all my paper money and cards in my Oyster (London Underground cheap plastic) card holder and don't really use a proper wallet anyway. If you don't live in London, just think in terms of those really cheap wallets you get with packet tricks and you're about on the right track. Oyster is a pay in advance card system for using public transport in London and you get a free bright blue holder for the magnetic card and I've recently taken to stuffing my money and business cards and bank cards in the other half of said holder.
Maybe I should just go to my Anneman and learn a good old fashioned billet peak.
Can anyone enlighten me with any advice?

The original Outlaw wallet will hold credit cards and business cards. It is an instant closed wallet p**K and excellent P.W. wallet.

I just received a new shipment of Black-Tan-and Wine and they are gorgeous.

At $60.00 its not cheap, but for a mentalism wallet it is one of the best.

This is an honest opinion (even though I'm the guy that sells them  )

That's just ridiculous! How can it be an honest opinion from the guy that sells, them. That is a disgraceful conflict of interest and blatent advertsing. Shameful.

So - from an independent person, who has nothing to do with Outlaw, I would just like to say that the Outlaw wallet is excellent and does everything it claims to do really well. I thoroughly recommend it and I personally use it all the time.

You can never go wrong with the Outlaw Wallet. I've had that sucker in my pocket since the day it arrived, well over a year ago. In fact, the time is quickly approaching - and I'll be needing a replacement soon.

To be fair, I think the Stealth Assassin is worth the price they are charging. It is very high quality, and it is a true multi-function wallet. However - with some lateral thinking and a bit of imagination, there's almost nothing the Assassin can do that you can pull off with your Outlaw!

I say go with the Outlaw! Beware - once you purchase one thing from them, you'll want to buy everything they have.

another vote for the outlaw...im not usually one for wallets, but i recently road-tested mine "live" and it flew by, i got the tan model..

the alakazam one, though i hear fine things about it, it is £100 and unless you're going to make that back in a gig or two, dont spend that much on a "hobby" item...

thats my opinion only obviously...i've seen it in action, and its mighty fine, however...

my vote goes to the outlaw cos you can P-W with it too, and it looks nice and normal, and the p*** is ridiculously simple...

Well I'm really quite pleased that there are so many votes for the Outlaw as I "wanted" this to be the right wallet, if you know what I mean.
Thanks for your feedback, guys.
I am placing my order on Monday, along with a Kioku and Sanctum 2.
Trust me to pick the worst week of the year to indulge in a bit of mail order from the States.
