Hi I'm Gary from Sussex in the UK. I'm 48, which seems to be very old to start doing magic judging by the age of other posters here. I bought a cheap magic set about a month ago and have been having great fun with it. Now I want to move on to harder stuff.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Hi Gary, welcome to TM.
Have a look at getting hold of a copy of Mark Wilson's Complete Course, a very good intro into magic.
