I don't have it but I have played with it for a demo a while ago, if i remember right you have two packets of cards, one blue and one red backed and say they are both queens. You get one spec to name a queen from one packet and another to name one from the other then show that the chosen queens have moved from one packet to the other and turned face up. Then show that all the other cards are jokers.

Tom, imagine two sets of Mysterious Kings but using Queens and you wont be far wrong!
