On the real secrets of magic vol. 2, in a trick they tell you:
Execute the hemsley. But they don't explain how to do it...
So can someone please explain how to do the 'hemsley' PLEASE...

Do you mean the Elmsley Count? I dont know if people can tell you here as it might be exposure but you never know..

Hi, I'm not sure if you are allowed to link to that video as it could be deemed as exposure. I'm not sure if the policy of no exposure extends to sleights as well as effects, but I'd remove the video if I were you just to be on the safe side.
