Hi from Cleveland

Hi everyone!

I'm writing from the other side of the pond. I've been involved in magic for over 35 years, starting out at age 11 with a Marshall Brodein TV Magic Set. I now specialize, as a part time pro, in Children's Magic. In my show, I perform comedy magic, balloonology, and some juggling.

In more recent years, I've been adding Christian Gospel Magic to my repertoire. I'm rather new to this, and it has added new joy to performing because I am not only entertaining folks, but "giving back" to God the gifts He has bestowed on me.

I have been married to Kimberly for 16 years, and we have 3 kids. Timothy, 14. Eva, 11. Emily, 6.

Though my career in auto sales somewhat limits the time I have for public performing, I still do several shows a year. One of the most important shows to me was one from this past Christmas season. Our aging church will be closing it's doors soon. I was asked to perform at the final Family Christmas Dinner, an annual tradition, where we always have some form of entertainment. Each of our 3 kids approached me, asking if they could perform in that show. After much work, and family time together, we had a show that the audience really did seem to enjoy. Timothy and Eva did their own segment. Emily was an adorable assistant. Kimberly also assisted. Daddy did some magic that he traditionally does not perform...so the challenge was out for each of us. I hope we can do it again sometime soon.

Enough about me. I look forward to learning more about you.

Welcome magicoftomh! Glad to meet you. Do you by chance have any video footage of your last show? Also, I'm sorry to hear about your church and hope you find another one soon.

Thank you for your kindness. Our church is over 80 years old, and had been in decline due to the aging of the members. In fact, ours is the overall youngest active family in the congregation.

As luck would have it, the videocamera did not work at showtime. One kind member of the congregation did take pictures. I posted them on my MySpace account at...

I hope to post some online video in the very near future.

Again, thank you for your very kind thoughts.
