What is this trick?

Hello everybody,

recently i saw a card trick again that is saw about 2 years ago for the first time.

The magician puts some predictions on the table before the trick starts. The spectator shuffles the cards. Then some cards are shuffled face up into the deck. (The perfomance i saw recently had the magician shuffle those face up cards into the deck, but the deck was shuffled by 3 different people, each a piece of the deck. If i remember correctly, the spectator shuffled them into the deck in the performance i saw 2 years ago)

The first prediction is reveiled and it tells the amount of face up cards in the deck.
The second prediction tells how many of those face up cards are red.
The third prediction tells how many of those red cards are hearts.
The fourth prediction tells that all of those heart cards are even numbered. This is were the magician misses, there is one odd card like a five of hearts for example.
Then the last prediction tells that the previous prediction was right, except for the five of hearts.

Now there were six predictions, but i can't remember what it was.

Does anyone know what the name of this effect is, and/or where i can find it ?
If i would shuffle the cards i could think of a stack set-up, but since the spectator does the shuffling ...

Paul Green, on his "In the Trenches" DVD has an effect like this called Jeporady. Now, I'm not sure if he is the creator of this effect (I've heard there are various methods for this effect), but his is a very effective version. Also, the DVD will give you many other great effects.

Now, Paul Green just has one piece of paper that he uses, that is folded up. But you could do it the same way as you described if you wanted.
