Keep the date in your diary, looks like it could be a belting turn out as I was chatting to people in Blackpool about it and at least an additional 2 signed to coming down then.

I want to start gathering some names for this so the pub know how many they need to cater for.

If there are large numbers willing to perform etc then they'll put on a buffet for us guys.

If you know you're free then let me know now, if you're not sure it doesn't exclude you, all are welcome even if you just decide on the day, I just want to be as fair to the place as possible.

Usual meet time say 12 noon in the station sports bar, moving on to another esablishment before getting to the Lass at 5 pm - 9pm then onto where ever the night takes us. Drop in and drop out as you wish, you don't have to be there the whole day.

Day job permitting, I should be there, though I have a dinner party I have to get to by 7.30 or I'm a dead man.

Well its this coming saturday,

Station Sports Bar (I wouldn't mind watching the game while we're there)

The onto usual places, I though quite a few would be up for this with the offer of free food and drinks on the table.

I simply cannot make it.

I'm going to have to work all day Saturday and Sunday as it is, and Sunday night looks like being a late one. Plus I'm at a dinner party on Saturday night, so I can't even juggle things around. Oh bum.

I've had confirmation from at least 4 others including me so far.

I'm currently in a blood war with national rail over and unasked for, but charged to my account ticket that I haven't even seen.
If it gets sorted out, I'll be coming to my first Manchester meet.

I'll be there, but later in the day. I have a show between 2pm and 5pm. So I'll be giving you a call sometime after then to find out where you guys are.
