London Beginners

Postby Lenoir » Mar 25th, '08, 18:39

Hey to all Londoners. Me and my friends David and Ken meet fairly regularly (once a month?) in central London, for a nice beginners/intermediate chat about magic! Nothing formal or what not, just any age, any beginnerish skill level, talking and displaying their latest ideas!

It's not a set date, or day, but it would be nice to have a couple of others to come as well! We usually meet at either International Magic or Davenports and slowly move on to a cafe or pub!

Any interests, don't feel hesistate to post!

I'd be interested in meeting up.

but

new daughter has just arrived, so I'm getting lots of late night practice, if little chance to see daylight.

For those unaware of the regular London meet (once a month) the thread is here:

http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic16858-600.php

and yes it does wander off topic quite frequently but the date, time and location of the meet is updated frequently. the more the merrier.

Please bear in mind I dont like people or performing and we will all get on fine.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I can perform but I chose not to whore my self about, I could if I really wanted to. Unlike Mr Mental who fate hasnt been kind to and gave him no performance skills.

I wish I read this the other day, I would have come along.
Living in the Midlands, there doesn't seem to be a great deal of people that do magic around here.
But I am off work and bored stuck at home.
(Would have also given me an excuse to go spend loads of money).
