Chinese bit

Postby mistress of magic » Dec 29th, '03, 23:04

I'm having a few problems remebering the routine for this, I can do each individual stage but cannot get the order into my head, I have to keep stopping to go and find out what I'm ment to be doing next . Anyone got any good way of remebering it for those of us whose memories are that of a goldfish?

Hi there
I had exactly the same problem with this!

What I did was photocopy the instructions & highlight the relevant areas in the routine.
I have been learning Bob Kohlers Ultimate 3 Fly for the last 4 weeks its a bit of a pain trying to remember all the moves, pick up Chinese Bit at least once a day & it will soon fall in to place, its well worth the effort!

Hope this helps

Cheers
Mark

Thanks for your help.
I'll set aside some time for practising it, really should set aside some time for that latin investigation though.

I have recently purchased the Chinese Bit and am struggling with making the use of my pocket convincing. I've not performed the trick for anyone yet since I'm concerned that the first reaction will be 'let me look in your pocket'!! Any ideas how to get round this?

Cheers

It is a great trick but it is difficult to remember the routining. If you get the routine off pat, however, the pocket thing is a non-issue. Basically you don't give the specs chance to think about the pocket and the effect is such a blowaway they shouldn't think about it till afterwards.
