I heard awhile ago that he was but there wasn't any official word. Not that it makes any difference anyway!

He came out last year, but it was quite subtle, so this is probably just pre-publicity for the new show because I can't imagine a female fan in the country not knowing. The Sun's headline is depressingly 1980s, though - "Derren: I'm a Mind Bender" :roll:

I thought society was past those kinds of cheap digs.

and your right the last report back in sep 2007 was very low key and just mentioned it in passing.. this is more than likely pre-pub for the london run.. but everyone kinda knew anyhows.. and to be honest as has been discussed before.. it really makes no different which side you like your butter your crumpet...

Derren is an amazing magician, mentalist and misdirectionalist. What he does in his private life doesnt make his magic better nor worse, it just sells more papers.
