Magic/Genii Magazine.

Postby Jing » Jan 5th, '04, 19:30

Does anyone else subscribe to Magic Magazine, i've been thinking of ordering a subscription, but am not quite sure. Is it better than genii? Does anyone subscribe to that? Also, if there a place in England where i could buy one issue, I'd like to see what it's like before i subscribe.
Are there any other magazines? One published in britain, maybe?

I'd like to hear your thoughts on magazines,
Thanks.

Individual copies of Magic magazine are available from several online retailers, including Magicbox (www.magicbox.uk.com)

I have just subscribed for 1 year to MAGIC magazine after having bought 1 issue to test the water from magictricks.co.uk.

I have found it to be a well presented (some terrible spelling misyakes at times  ) and informative magazine. It contains up to date news, columns / routines for childrens entertainers (silly billy writes this one) / restaurant workers / card fanatics as well as articles on the history of magic - magicians. It has many adverts from magic retailers and info on conventions. As it is written in America alot is US based info but it does not leave out international magic.

I haven't tried GENI but am very happy with my subscription so far
