Magic Clothing

Postby BaBaBoom » Jan 6th, '04, 11:35

I just saw this and thought you young, streetwise, hip thangs might find these clothes very handy indeed for magic among your friends/street magic.
The jacket for example has 42 hidden pockets and an extendable key holder, they do baseball caps that hide stuff as well :)

Very handy.

The Magnetic Wind Flaps sound useful - especially with all that sage and onion stuffing and buckets of sprouts over the Festive Season.

That's an interesting and useful link. Thanks.

I must admit that when loading myself up for magic there are clothes that I prefer to wear, and certainly anything with lots of pockets is a good thing.

I have a pair of Blue Harbour linen trousers from Marks and Spencers I think, that is great, as not only does it have deep pockets, it also has a decent sized pocket (with zip) at both knees, which means sitting down it's very easy to take things out the pockets. If need be I could easily carry 3 or 4 packs of cards in each pocket, plus rope, bands, sponges etc. All in all I can be loaded to the hilt and not feel too bulky as I would if they were all loaded into a jacket or trouser side pockets.

They are fairly smart too, so can easily be worn with a jacket.

In short they are my magic trousers. (I could go on to mention my magic pants - but thats another story :) ).

oooh top tip, I also have a pair of combats that have knee pockets that I like to use, very handy aren't they.
The cap on that link I gave looks interesting, not maybe for storing tricks in for use but if you are out and about and want to keep money safe or maybe card to hat etc.

btw nothing tops disco_pants, sorry an old chat room user name, lol.
