ah the louge well picture this a bar and a comftable seating area were the chairs conform to you the drinks are all free and adjust to your taste.
there is a view out onto the pond that i and a few of the members have spent a long time developing with colourchanging fish and transendental snails, though magic is not disscussed directly in the lounge some of you are think of it as more like a teachers common room, its not as mysteriouse as it sounds its just a place were we can let our hair down and streatch our imaginations.

Or another way to look at it is this, if it wasn't restricted the white van with square wheels would have paid most of us a visit by now.

MagicDiscoMan does make the best glow in the mind cocktail in the known universe though :)

7 times 9 now we realy aught to stay somwere on topic

oh we are talking about the lounge so we are on topic, so just to update you the ardvark cull is now over as its the mateing season.
the mould i introduced to eat the statues produced by the snails is working like a treet and the by products go as a supliment for the advark feed, which would save us a small fortune if it actualy cost anything.

now do you realy want to get into the lounge :?: .
mind you i would like to see into the mod pod

Pleased to see HitchHiker's Guide gets a long overdue mention, Pan Galactic GargleBlasters are the norm in the Lounge and the electronic wallpaper is permanently decorated with '101010'. (Binary for 42 - so I'm told!)

lol

There are 10 types of people as far as binary is concerned.
Those who understand it and those that don't.

I'll get my geek coat

OK, not sure how to split this topic up so perhaps I'll just ask everyone
(including me!) to either continue with the thread by restricting topics to
Liam's original message, or to start a new one if required. The problem
with new ones is that it tends to crowd the Forum a bit but that's life, I
suppose!

Interest in The Lounge is nice but it's just a place where invited members
can kick off their cyber shoes and waffle on about almost anything and
was intended to free the rest of the Forum from incoherent irrelevances
(so that's another theory gone by the board) - invitations for 'coming in',
as opposed to 'coming out', are made from time to time so all I can say
is wait and see if an invite is issued. It will be a while before this happens
and generally depends on how new members 'fit in'. As many of you will
know, we've had a couple of bad experiences in recent months with
some members who were given access to the more restricted areas but
then tried taking us for a ride, so we're being very cautious for the time
being. Sorry if that sounds restrictive and distrustful but rest assured,
we're reviewing things regularly.
