Hey,

Im looking for a cheap Close-up table, maybe fold away?

wers the best place to get them from? Im doing an exhibtion so need some place to perform from...

I think its a spider table? but cant find one anywer?

I think Jack Delvin does these? I think only can't remember as I saw far too many lectures last year.

He stood out as an absolute Gent though and I'm sure his side business is these tables and displays

:D Roy Marsh is on 079 5873 1138
Jack Delvin is on 077 1171 3169

Spider Tables start at £85. plus v.a.t. 21" x 21" x 36" high

Davenports do The Harbin Table( red) at £88. Collapsed is 16inches long. Top is approx 12" square( 30cm) Birch play.
A Lightweight Table. Top 12x 14( 30 c 35cm) 30 inces high. £52 + £10:50p postage.
Aga i birch ply finished in black satin with top in natural wood varnish. Folds
There is also a double shelf table 31 inches high Top is 15 and a half x 12 & 3 quarters. Table dismantles leaving only the fron and leg., top & 2 shelves which can be dismantled & assembled in a few minutes. Front is poppy red with top hat in prismatice material & black cane.
Again £10:50 postage.

Check Brian Howard pro Magic Harrogate for some tables & stands.
He makes most of his own stuff.

And of course there are the velvet coloured tops with nickle stands by Sam Dalal at various dealers around £50. Well you might want to look a real :oops: magician!!!

:oops: True, Barry, it is Paul. Memory??? And I know him and his father Brian.Combination of old age & our little dog being spayed (first time she ever was away from home) two days ago.

He does do metal plates for underneath table tops as well. Plus separate stands.
And will make you anything.

Chris. What about a Boxall table. This is a square box, on a table stand, or put it on a borrowed table. The lid opens part way and rests so it becomes a small table top.
Matthew Johnson, a great young Canadian magician/lecturere (born in UK)
adapted an old idea to modern times.( as have others) He has an aluminium case on which he has put a simple plate which screws into a stand. if you pm me your e mail address, I'll send you the details.
