Boon routines

Postby goose__ » May 28th, '08, 14:43

So it will take some practice, but I figure a couple of letters or number, say intials read, will be far easier than writing out whole words.

So that limits my routines.

I understand half the point is to make them regress to some happy memory. So I might have them remember playing with a childhood pet, before I 'read' the name.
Or I might have them describe the first boy they kissed and how it happened. Then I would read his name.

There are problems though.
I only want to be doing 2, max 3 characters. In both of the situations above it is likely there would be no surnames (remembered).

Does anybody have any better ideas?
I was thinking I could regress them to their favourite childhood birthday, and then read the date. But I don't think people remember particular childhood birthdays.

I don't think this gives any secrets away, please be kind if I've done something wrong here.

either do a short version of the name eg. Tom or the initials of the 1st name & surname so Tom Jones = T J
