This is ridiculously fishy. I would put money on this Rachael not being real. Apart from the other posts who are obviously the same person with different names, even slipping up and signing the post "Rachael" and then editing it to change the entire content once it was noticed, the clothes the girl is wearing in the pictures on the Flickr.com site are from the late 80s early 90s - clearly they have also been scanned in from actual photographs.
Mandrake or other mods who have the power, check the IP numbers, this is taking the p*ss.

She may have done nothing wrong - but I can pretty much guarantee that her pictures are not actually hers...
However, if Rachael shows a true interest in the magical arts, that should be enough for her to stick around.
