drinks can trick..

Postby zuroph » Jun 17th, '08, 16:13

hey guys, i need help finding a trick i saw online at some stage a few years back. it was performed at a bar in daytime, the magician had softdrinks cans, and had put other items inside them while sealed (fun size cans, oranges in orange drink cans, had changed the cola for orange etc). Ive been searching all over for it, but maybe im not using the right key words and iv had no luck. I know i could build this into my working routine, so if anyone could help it would be great. I cant remember a name of magician or trick.
I had a look through the forums and this seemed like the best spot to put it, if not can a mod please move it?! thanks.

The effect you're looking for is David Ethan's Spirit Can. Not sure about a UK distributor, but you can find it at Hank Lee's for $10.

I have used it a few times. It's a very clever effect, and it does baffle.

I've thought about bringing it back to my work, but I'm still working on a proper presentation for it.

It's definitely worth more than the $10 you pay for it. It's a powerful, impossible looking effect that is completely examinable. It takes some time to get everything ready to go, so it's not something I would consider for multiple uses. This is more of a special occasion effect, to bring out once in a while.
