I WANT TO FIND THIS EFFECT, GET A COPY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS OR BUY THE NOTES OR WHERE TO FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Sounds like you know the effect already, just practice what you know...

Otherwise there's a gimmick called Splash Bottle that does a similar job but makes life a bit easier, David Stone uses it and has an effect with it on Real Secrets vol 1.

Unfortuantly Bob Read passed away. Get in touch with a magic shop and see if they can get hold of his lecture notes. I know the effect is in there somewhere.

CAPITALS FOR YOUR EASY READING, I WOULD SECOND THE SPLASH BOTTLE GIMMICK YOU CAN PRODUCE A BOTTLE FROM A BALLOON, SILK OR EVEN A SPECTATOR'S JACKET.
