Fairie, there is alot that you can do silently or with little patter. The only problem with this sort of magic is that it need to be visual, simple and entertaining to hold an audiences attention.

I love putting together silent routines to music, I've got quite a nice sponge balls done to a Madness version of Swan Lake and a silks to Salsa.

I'm thinking about some kind of silent card routine at the moment, possibly involving a fan production, maybe a hummer card and a nice visual colour change.

For me I pretty much use the same style as my normal personality. As a hobbyist I mostly will be talking to someone first then maybe doing magic later. So I can hardly be chatting away as usual one minute then just burst into the 'great mysterio' the next. :D

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.
