Hi all

I got an email from a woman I met recently and she wants me do her wedding on the 5th August.

My wife's birthday falls on this day

So I suggested to her I try and put her in touch with another reputable performer. She loved my performance so would like someone 'as good as me' ( her words, not mine lol )

The kind of stuff I was doing was close up magic and some mentalism.

If anyone is free and would like me to pass your details on let me know. The details I have are as follows:

Sunday the 5th October at 2:30 at the ****** hotel and restaurant in Shenstone, Kidderminster

When I did a magic gig for you I.D, I ended up on an estate in Huddersfield surrounded by what looked like the Jamaican mafia! At the end of the night, the guy made me get into the front of his car to "settle up"... I thought he was going to shoot me! I've never felt so pathetically... white.

The BBQ chicken was excellent though.

This is a nice young white lady who talks well and had enough money to put £40 on her credit card for a taxi !!

if there's an award for most white middle class comment of the year - i nominate this one

to be fair though Abraxus.. this guy offered to give me a lift to work one morning.. an hour an a half later having visited no less than 4.. 30+ storey flats and being taken into smoked filled apartments with proper true to life yardies in string vests chatting in patwa.. ( an i was lovin every minute by the way.. had some dumplins in one mans yard ) I was no closer to work than when I got picked up.. !!

I can see how one would feel a little uncomfortable... especially if he didnt know them lol

bu then.. how can you feel uncomfortable around jerk chicken.. and im assumin there was some serious booty shaking going on
