OUTLAW Effects - The NEW OUTLAW "HIDEOUT" Wallet

Postby B0bbY_CaT » Jul 24th, '08, 01:32

Well, right off the bat, apologies in advance to CUPS sufferers... but you need to know this.

Much talk about mentalism and wallets lately, I recently purchased OUTLAW's Magnum wallet and am very satisfied.

I have just received a "headsup" regarding a NEW wallet on it's way from OUTLAW Effects... aka the HIDEOUT Wallet. Here's what the folks at OUTLAW have to say, if it's anything like OUTLAW's other lines I am sure it will be fantastic!!! Hold onto your horses boys, as Roth would say... "here's the skinny..."

[quoted]
a regular full size hip pocket wallet. it's a multiple out/ 10 pocket index, with 8 regular visible pockets /switching wallet/peek wallet.

Soooo devious the method is invisible to the spec. BTW the index is not in the billfold compartment.

it is the ultimate mentalism wallet. The Outlaw Hideout

Made of the same sexy leather as the Magnum. They will look like a set.

I appreciate the enthusiam regarding a future release. I just want to clarify that The Outlaw Hideout will be coming this summer. It is not available yet.

Some skinny got out but its really not time for a thread on this wallet.

There is some speculation about it, and to be quite honest, no one but myself and my manufacturer know all the real details.

As stated above, it is a multiple out/index/switching/peek wallet. It is a bi-fold hip pocket with a full size billfold compartment.

I do want to mention that the Hideout is not a replacement for the Magnum or the Panther.

More soon.
Rick

Rick is like a crack dealer...

Yet another item on my long LONG overdue "to purchase" list. Man, I have tons of stuff to pick up from Outlaw. If only my bankroll would comply with my wishes.

I'm not a huge fan of peek wallets, but this one's definitely got my attention...

Roth - don't suppose you could add a basic palming card to wallet feature could you?! The two things I want to do with a hip wallet are CTW and kolossal killer etc. but no one will make a wallet that excels at both :(

I can't wait to see the "Hideout" but I have to say I am wrapped with the Magnum. It is very natural to combine doing a little routine built into the exchange of business cards, and the Magnum is great for that.

I am not too familiar with the Panther, but it sounds great and I can understand if you have modified it a little it can take on a whole new appeal, I modified my Magnum slightly.

I had the Original Outlaw wallet, which whilst it was very good, it didn't have enough capacity for business cards and other "normal" things so it kind of seemed like a prop. The Magnum solves that problem.

Which ever wallet(s) you go for, I think the more "normal every day things" you can do with it, the less obvious it becomes in your performance.

I've been holding out on getting a wallet for a long time as I have never found one that I like the sound of enough. However, based on what I've read so far in this thread, the Hideout is sounding very nice indeed. Could this be the one I've been waiting for? Look forward to seeing this, Rick.
