If anyone owns this watch, I'd be grateful for your thoughts on it. I need a nice, new watch so figured it might as well be magic related. Two birds with one stone and all that. :D

It's a bit large and chunky, but if that's you're style, no problem.

Otherwise, it's not bad-looking, and very simple in its operation.

I bought it as a piece of wearable magic, that I could do as and when the need arose. Problem is, I often forget that I have a trick on my wrist, so it misses a lot of opportunities. :)

What I love about Sykys is that it must be operated by the spectator. And if you have people following you from table to table, effects are repeatable two or three times without suspicion.

As with many worthwhile gimmicks, it's a utility rather than a trick in itself, although the supplied routines include very simple, seemingly-impromptu, effects, such as a do-as-I-do demonstration and more advanced and involved effects with playing cards and suchlike.

Bottom line: it's a nice discreet forcing device. What you do with it is up to you.

I'm happy with mine. :)

Thanks, pcwells. I'm not sure about the "large and chunky" bit, but otherwise it sounds good. But it's an expensive prop to buy on the off chance that I will like it; it's too bad there's no way of actually trying the watch on before I buy it. I suppose I could ring Davenports or IM and ask if they stock it.

Of course, by big and chunky, you must take into account that I have thin wrists and use a junior-size TT when vanishing a silk hanky.

If only my belly were so petite... :)
