Shame on you, Taffy...

...you do realise that, for the rest of his life, poor ole' AoD is now going to be referred to as 'Butty Boy', don't you?!

 hehehe... I know the name Lennert Green, think I may have met him at the Castle long ago... I'm not a card guy thus, I wasn't overly taken though I can say that he does know his stuff... as somone else pointed out however, there are some performers who are better showmen than LG... this however, is a matter of perspective and personal preferences.

I don't know what all the hoopla is but if I ran away from every forum just because one or two jerks made rude comments I'd have no place to be. Magic is an industry where having a thick skin helps in that most magicians can be schmucks (I'd say assholes but the filters would remove such phrases, so instead of assholes I'll call them schmucks, ok?)

As to the video game issue... I'll be 49 in about 6 weeks and I tend to play lots of WWII games as well as (brace yourselves) various Star Wars, Star Trek and QUAKE games and most all of the Tom Clancy titles. They are my favorite way or blowing off steam after a long day of writing, working on routines and arguing with the common folk... (that was a joke)

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Unfortunately, I've noticed this too. I was quite distressed to see this message from AoD - not because conflicts and fights cause people to leave our boards, this happens all the time.

Rather, I was distressed to see that someone who was nearly run off by a former member's rude and insensitive comments turn around and do the same to another new member, and not for the first time...

Can we all just go for a group hug and leave it there?

Unless AofD feels this would make him look even more of a "butty boy"

See what I did there?............... Some people say its comedy genius......... only if I pay them enough though.
