Asking isn't the best way to get in. This is a quote from the rules and regulations.

Access to the Mentalist Area will be granted to members who have shown a basic knowledge of Mentalism together with quality contributions. Access is currently granted by moderators of the site and please note that asking for access really isn't the best way to do things.

Better yet, just search the forums! There a lot of stuff here about reading the Tarot...and it's not even on the restricted section. Mandrake even gave a good link on some tarot reading sites. Please be resourceful! Everything is just under your nose.
