If these allegations were true I am surprised that he isn't in jail by now. Anyway I did see that Thomas Baxter (known as Entity on the magic cafe) gave quite a convincing and detailed rebuttal of these rumours. I am even less of a fan of Baxter than I am of Randi but I think on this occasion he made sense.
Besides I am not sure what the hell it has to do with whether psychics are real or not.
The forum can't get sued and the reality of it is that he's "curbed" and "silenced" things more than a few times. Just ask people that worked at Tannens during the 70s... there's still a few that will admit that it happened.
What it has to do with the "Psychic" question is simply the fact that we have an individual that most would classify as being far lower on the "intelligent life" scale when it comes to predators and the public. If he lies, side-steps and covers up this sort of scenario about his life and has "friends" harassing the web sites and authors who've poked holes in his world time and again, sharing the court documents and other materials...
I'm not going to play the game or get baited. There's at least a half dozen people on this forum that have read the transcripts in that I saw to it that they had the material in had for situations of this very sort... so that more than I know and can support said facts.
Randi has been a bully for most of the past 35 or so years that he's been involved in this game. Even his own people have distanced themselves from him upon more than one occasion because of his big mouth, ill temper and according to one instance "moral concerns" and he was invited to leave his native Canada and take up residence elsewhere as the result of his more "radical" mannerisms long ago...
I've simply seen too much that makes me wonder why so many see him a guru and the "last word" on what science itself still refers to as the "Psychic Question" in that the keep finding the breadcrumbs.
