It depends on what country you're from. If you have a Costco near you you can buy them in bulk for about a dollar a deck.

I always buy bicycle seconds from magic box. They're dirt cheap and every deck I've used has been more than good enough to perform with.

Yup Costco runs at about 88p per deck here in the UK, although you have to buy 12 decks and they're only red or blue.

Magicbox seconds are fine, and you can buy them singly. They cost £1 normally but again only red or blue.
Magicbox sell regular bikes for only 50p more, however.

I see Magicbox have put seconds up to 99p again. They were 75p for ages, then 99p for a while, then back down to 75p, and now 99p again.
