I guess - as with everything - it depends on how you're using it. I've seen an amazing routine with just a normal pen :)
That said, it's nicely made and relatively easy to use and there are a whole lot of uses depending how far you can stretch your imagination. If you're doing the pen through bill, it's a little tricky to get everything in the right position - but nothing that can't be overcome with a bit of practice.

It's a nicely visual effect in that they think they see the pen going through the bill - if that's what you're using it for.

I've found that people think they've figured it out (and they're usually right), but they usually rule that out when you let them examine the pen afterwards. The reaction is "well it looks like a normal pen.....*some or other exclamation*..it is a normal pen  ".

It's not something I use all the time - but every now and then. It could be cos I'm not 100% happy about the way I handle it yet.

Hope that helps..

Well considering they are the same price (atleast on Penguin they are) & are both examinable. I'd go with the B2 as like you said it has a larger payload & is therefore more visual.

Hmm in that case I might get the stealth pen, cos Penguin sell spare Aardvarks for it. which is good news in the unfortunate case of you accidently loosing it

Aardvarks
is/are used in place of the proper word which would give the secret away. Very childish but we like it much better than thingummy!

Not having either of the items I have no idea so you can see how secure we are! If you hang around a while I'm sure someone will let you know. By the way, you might also see 'Lemons' used in similar fashion to Aardvarks - I said we were childish, secretive, but childish!

Very true - other people are childish, we are just the eternal innocents! :D

Access to the so-called 'secret' areas is by invitation and usually happens after a period of time following a decent quantity of postings, reviews, comments etc. In essence, if the person being considered for invitation has shown themselves to be worthy then an invitation will be issued. It does take time and patience is the key word. In my case it was after several months and many postings and I'm reasonably sure all the others will have a similar experience. The 'inner' areas have a lot of old information, routines, sleights etc which have been carried over from the Old Forum and date back over 3 years. Some of the information is under consideration for commercial release so has to be preserved as a secret until the time of release.

Best suggestion is to stay involved, make worthy postings & reviews and, above all else, have patience. We have been duped by some crafty people in the past and are therefore very cautious!

It is also worth adding that the secret area isn't full of "I have this trick and it works like this..." type posts, the only "secrets" given are by the people that own them on the whole. Their are sleights etc and chats about how to get the best out of a trick but there is still no swapping of how that effect works, still plenty of aardvarks and *****, lol.
I'm not suggesting anything by this post, it's just that sometimes people (not you though, obviously:)) think the secret areas are a way into free magic and unless the author of that trick is here and posts it him/herself that isn't the case.

Just thought it was worth mentioning to help with the waiting bit :)

Anyway, back to the pen you can't see on radar..... :)
