hi, this thread will probably only interest card lovers.
have been fooling about with the charlier cut for a while, and have a method for doing a complete charlier cut while retaining bottom card and glimpsing 2cnd from bottom.therefore knowing bottom and 2cnd bottom cards...or controlling 2 chosen cards to bottom.
i have thought up a few different effects for it but wondering if anyone has come across the same idea and if they have any strong effects(or ideas).i would appreciate any links to books that use the same principle or any thoughts.
i understant a lot of people will say the charlier cut in a trick is too flourishy or showy, but if done in the right context..ie gambling/expose cheating, then i think its an even stronger effect.

p.s in no way am i beleiving i have came up with anything new, i just dont have the books/material describing it.

im writing this for help,comments,suggestions.i have been a member here for a while but am saddened most of the time by the seemingly hostile responses to a lot of queries.i have read too many threads with innocent questions being asked only to find replys that are condescending/sarcastic and sometimes rude.
i love the site and have found so many invaluable threads..not to mention the bobo guide.

if magic is to be carried on as an art then i dont understand why these questions raise so much ambiguity.surely anyone who is a member here....apart from the usual askers....shuld be considered a help, not a hinderence.

i hope i havent offended anyone..(is the pope a catholic?) but really enjoy the site and may never post again, but il defianetly be lurking in the background.

p.s that move i was talking about at the beginning, can also be used as a pretty good pop out move.like greeens top shot but from middle of the deck.
