Chance to be a Star? (or perhaps not!)

I've just seen this on Magic Week and it might appeal to someone out there!

If you're a magician, escapologist, balloonologist, bearded lady, magic dealer, magic demonstrator, magician's assistant, sword swallower, sword thrower, hoaxer, jokester, cheat or hustler, sleight of hand master (or mistress), pickpocket, pool shark or just plain "nuts" then Objective Productions would like to hear from you for an upcoming project. "If you can do an amazing trick we want to see you in action! Even if you've contacted us before please get in touch again. Please send us a VHS tape telling us on camera who you are, why you do what you do and showing us a great trick (no more than three) which you feel illustrates your personality." Tapes should be sent to: Magic, 314 King Street, Hammersmith, London W6 0RR (no calls or callers). 24.1.04

And if anyone suggest MOM grows a beard, I'm sure she will have their guts for breakfast! (mind you, the 'just plain nuts' category sounds very familiar to me).

Objective Productions, sounds familiar to me, are these not the producers of the secrets of magic programme?

Dunno - it's a secret!

Now you come to mention it, the name does sound familiar so a bit of web searching is order here. I'm a bit wary of the 'no calls, no callers' thing - sounds like the sort of details I'd expect from a dodgy enterprise. And my lawyer insists I add that I'm sure these folks aren't in that category!

Yep, according to magic weeks review these are the guys!!
I was going to find thier website and check there(I know they have, or had, one because after seeing the secrets of magic programme, I found it and was going to send them an email about it) but their website seems to have vanished.
