The Pocket Thing routine is a NEW handling using the same original gimmick. I tried both links and they go through to Facebook OK but you need to be signed up and a member to go any further than the front page.

I was having the same problem with the links, it would take me to the front page and say to sign up to see them.

Highlight, copy+paste fixed it for me.
