i dont want to give too much away about the secret, but can someone help me who owns one? it keeps hissing and sparks are coming out, but it doesnt send the charge through my body and wont shock anyone. PM me if you know whats wrong. thanks, Matt

Is it doing this on the low setting or have you got it on high?
