Walkaround mentalism ID

Postby Nozza » Dec 29th, '08, 10:03

Any suggestions for a small impression device good for walkaround. The only thing I use at present is Shrinks IA but I'm not confident in using it in low light conditions. Anything I can make myself is of special interest. Thanks.

(I'd like to be more specific but I don't appear to have access to the restricted forums - so apologies if this isn't appropriate here).

I suspect you are thinking about I******** D*** rather than Shrink's pad based impression d*****.

to be honest, i wouldnt use an impression pad in a dark room.

why not invest in a thought transmiter, and tailor your routine for that instead?

Thats what i do anyways. I always have both devices in my case, and use the same routine with both, so my back is covered. :)

Jeezus! Can't you folks just call a spade a spade rather than all this stupid code and censoring? How is an old fart like me supposed to lend you a hand when he can't decipher wtf you're talking about?

Craig, as you know I am not a mentalist, but I think, if you look at the number of asterisks you will get an impression of which type of device nozza is referring to (the first message with the *'s, the second is a specific effect where the spectator's named card is the only one face down in the deck).

LOL I know what you mean! I was being cautious as this isn't the restricted area. Not that any of this is secret to anyone who cares to visit an online magic shop!

It's been said repeatedly that magician's guard an empty safe.

Sometimes I think that, on-line at least, it's a safe where all the numbers are wild.

But then again, the real secret of magic is ************

Dale, I think you misread my post, I said the ID was the second message with the *'s, for the first one I said

Apparently, the impression I was trying to leave with my message did not work :)
