Well the year is nearly up and it's also the end of my first year of properly studying magic and the end of my 'newbie probation' year at TalkMagic.

On one hand I'm terribly depressed by the fact that I've discovered something that gives me so much pleasure so late in life.... I'll probably get the hang of The Pass just before they nail down the coffin lid!!! There's just too much magic to learn in one lifetime dammit!!! (and I reckon I've bought most of it.... boo!!)

On the other hand I feel lucky to have discovered it at all and it's a great feeling to be able to mystify, amuse and bore friends and family alike at the drop of a hat.....

So I'd just like to give a big thank you to all the kindly folks here at TalkMagic for helping me along the way with all your advice, reviews and tips... not to mention the witty banterage...

Wishing everyone at TM a happy and prosperous new year and who knows, I may even pluck up the whatsnots to attend a meet at some point!!

New year resolution: practise lots, review more, spend less!!!
