So we all know how much grief I've had in this modern village I live in that is supplied with backwards technology!!

Well Kudos to the high level complaints department at Tiscali. I had a named contact who shared my frustrations and would not rest until we got to a good standard. He pushed for "breaking the mould" actions which meant that one of the lines my pipe is on was dug up and re-laid!! They also did something they've never done for a customer lifting me off of IP stream to build me into datastream.

After much tweaking and modding I now have usually stable speeds of up to 5mb at long last!!

Asked how much compensation I would like I suggested 3 months free and 3 months at half price and they went one step further and gave me 6 months free!! Added to the fact I've not had to pay a penny for a bout a year now whilst they sorted the problems I can't knock them anymore. Sure the indian centres are useless but once you get to high level they have really pulled out all the stops to make me happy and finally, I am!!

Great news - I love a happy ending!
