And if all else fails, can't a claim be put through PayPal?

As I remember, they use PayPal for taking payments.

Can it be confirmed that the website is "safe" to order from once again? I've been looking at the Heirloom wallet from there but saw this thread first and have some doubts now.

E-mail Andy via the details in that mesage and check that all will be OK. I've had stuff from them a few times this year without any problem at all but it's best you check direct for yourself.

Hi Everyone
Newbie here so bear with me.....

Ohhhh Dear ,just noticed this thread about Emagictricks

I too am in dispute with them over an undelivered order over a month old
despite various email promises that order had been resent, still no joy.

It looks like we have been scammed and perhaps consideration should be made to remove their advert at bottom of site page so nobody else gets suckered in.....C'est La Vie

Just noticed

If you go to magicaverns.co.uk you get the same website with the name eMAGICTRICKS.co.uk as you do when you use eMAGICTRICKS.co.uk

Identical layout and everything but my logon details do not work on the magicavern site and they have different addresses to contact

Andy of eMAGICKTRICKS says he has posted my items to me twice now but I have not received anything after 1 month.

I have ordered items from many other sites in the last month without any problems with delivery

I sense something amiss here

I doubt thay'd actively scam people, but something does seems untoward here.
Perhaps they're having problems related to the recession? I've seen the undelivered order thing before many times, followed by an announcement of insolvency.

Good luck getting what's owed! Image

I've just checked them out and their checkout isn't even secure!
Unencrypted Personal details + Internet = Risky!

Until such time as we get more information on this situation, we'll lock the tread and move on.
