Thanks for all your wishes guys.... this is something ive wanted since a very young age. My dad reminded me yesterday of when I was about 6 years old. Me and my dad were in the supermarket, and I suddenly said "I really want to be in The Magic Circle one day".

Shows how long ive wanted it!!!

Ive just had a phonecall from the examinations officer. Ive got my actual examination in 4 weeks time!

I managed to bypass the initial interview which was quite a suprise. They said based on where I lived, who nominated me, and my website, that I could skip the interview and go straight in for the examination!

Im so so so so so so so so so so so nervous!!!!

I'll try to make it down there and I'll let you know in advance if you want to meet up and do a test run.

I arrived at around 4pm and had a coupe of hours rehearsal in the Devant room and then chilled out for the remainder of the time. It built up the confidence in my case.

Only 7 days left till my audition. Im dead nervous about it naturally!

Been practicing away... its all stuff I do day in day out but it all feels so different now!

Will any TM members be there on the 14th?

Hi guys. I'm still on the train home but the audition went really well! I got some good feedback last night and I should know in the next few weeks. Basically if I don't have my cheque back by the end of the week then I should be ok! I had some legends of magic in my audition - mike vincent, fay presto (who took me for pizza after the audition) and pat page, who was one of my examiners. Met andy nyman as well whilst eating my pizza who was talking about derrens upcoming tour.

Overall, a great night and hopefully the first of many!!!
