Do not use this website...
http://www.vistaprint.co.uk
...because you will probably find yourself subscribed to their reward scheme which does anything but "reward" you. Without authorisation, they have taken £10 from our account on four separate occasions so far; trying to get through to these people is impossible and you just get cut off. My bank say they can't refund the money because it isn't fraud in their eyes. We gave Vistaprint our card details in good faith, i.e. we placed an order, so it's up to us to sort it out. Thanks a bunch, Halifax. Other people have had their money refunded by their banks, so why can't Halifax do the same? I think I might close my account.
Massive thread about this scam here...

Just thought I would warn anyone who is thinking about using Vistaprint. Don't do it.

I've heard of this before. Even if you click the "No, don't subscribe me!" you still find yourself subscribed and £10 out of pocket

That's odd, I've used VistaPrint for a couple of years now and have never had any problems with them taking money from me.

It sounds like you've been lucky. Keep a close eye on your statement for deductions from "vprewards.com" and/or "clubprem.com" for £9.95 at a time. They've had £40 off me in the space of four weeks.
Thanks for the link, Tomo. I was thinking of calling Watchdog.

Tristan, I hope your run of luck continues. Because if they hit you with it, it is a hassle and a half trying to get it sorted out. And it doesn't help if your bank are not interested, either.

Can't you have the bank cancel your card and issue you with a new one. That'll stop them from taking anymore. Thinking about it, I always use paypal when I buy from VistaPrint and anywhere else on the net that uses it so they never have any of my details.

I got stung by it, complained and got a full refund.
Carry on using them, just be aware that they will try and sign you up for the reward scheme at every turn.

Why don't a few of us contact vista print
ir@vistaprint.com and let them know that a forum with over 13000 members (many of them potential customers) is now aware of their shoddy scam?
That should get you a refund right quick.

I called Vistaprint earlier and they showed no interest in helping me. They denied all responsibility and told me to call VPRewards on another number, which I did, and got absolutely nowhere. It's an automated line and I just end up getting cut off each time. The whole thing just stinks to high heaven. Some people have had good experiences with Vistaprint and some most definitely have not. It appears I am one of the many unlucky ones.

When you call that automated line, have you tried hitting buttons (including hash or star) to see if you get a ringing tone? It may be answered by a real human
This is quite interesting:

My wife has just spoken to someone at VPRewards who said they will cancel our "membership"; if they actually do what they've said, at least it should stop them taking anymore money. But they won't refund the £40 they've already stolen from me. Funnily enough, they're placing the blame at Vistaprint's door. And guess what? Vistaprint said the same thing about VPRewards. They're as bad as each other as far as I'm concerned and I won't be going anywhere near them in the future. I expect they have made a small fortune on the back of this scam. I'm going to send a strongly worded email asking for my money back and then I'm going to call Watchdog.
