I know there is a UK dealer for Outlaw effects but can't remember who it is? Any ideas?

I think it was Merlins in Wakefield? I could be wrong, my Wife tells me I usually am...

Merlins has the rights to sell certain Outlaw items. They do have limited stock in the items they carry.

There is a version of the Kioku effect incorporated into the Reflections book as one of the "tests" you can do.

Reflections does include what is basically Kioku as an "extra". If you have less than eagle-like eyesight, you'll probably find it much easier to do from the Reflections book than with the Kioku cards. On the other hand, the cards are easier to carry around in your wallet.

(And I STILL keep wanting to call them Kuoni!)
